Modifying a Plan
Customizing a plan, one you supply or one from our library, is no problem. Changing the foundation type, increasing square footage or
juggling room sizes are fairly common requests. Depending on the changes required a deposit may be necessary before we customize
your plan. We’ll start by estimating the time required to make the changes and the cost. The preliminary drawing stage of
customization begins with changes to the elevations and floor plans. Upon your approval of the preliminary drawings the final changes
to the foundation plan, floor framing and building sections can be made.
We’re always open to your questions, anytime. While you browse our plan library if you have a question Contact Us.
